"Regan was always responsive before and during our stay! The previous occupants left one trash bag and Regan delivered enough bags for the rest of summer by the evening I contacted her! Little things like this are important when you have a houseful of family!"

"House was clean and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub area was great. Had some trouble with water coming in basement during rainstorm but we managed to mopped it up and had no more trouble once rain stopped. Maintenance was there next day. Kitchen needs potholders and dishcloths. Tv remote was missing in master bedroom."
